Louvre Hotels Group est un acteur majeur de l'industrie hôtelière mondiale, avec un portefeuille de plus de 1 700 hôtels dans 60 pays. Il dispose d'une offre hôtelière complète, allant de 1 à 5 étoiles, avec les marques : Première Classe, Hosho, Kyriad Direct, Kyriad, Campanile, Tulip, Golden Tulip , Royal Tulip, les 5 marques du réseau Sarovar en Inde et le groupe français Hôtels & Préférence.

 

Reporting to the Finance Director of the area, you will be responsible for controlling, and coordinating the accounts of several Group companies in an International and Fast-moving hospitality environment.

 

You will be working with regional offices in operations in Asia, South America and Africa.

 

👉 In close relationship with Group Finance, you will act :

  • as the internal point of contact for Internal departments (FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, Operations…) and Third parties (Accounting firms, auditors, tax experts)
  • to manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual Financials (closing, audits, tax issues, consolidation) and support  financial performance analysis (reporting, business plan, budget, forecast, strategic plan)

 

As part of the Accounting and FP&A team, you will be in charge of the following duties :

 

Statutory accounts & coordination

  • Closing coordination : act as reference for accounting & tax with internal and overseas players for monthly closing, carry out analytical work in support of consolidation and coordinate the production of quarterly consolidation reports
  • Closing monitoring  : Supervise monthly closings, reconcile P&L and Balance sheet balances, justify accounts up to the net income, confirm the Intercompany balances.
  • Audit & compliance : Monitor the internal control framework and provide support for annual audit plan and, ensure a satisfactory level of compliance with Group finance & operating processes.

Controlling & Project management

  • Due Diligence : assist on financial workings related to assets/M&A operations (merger, disposal, restructuring)
  • Internal control : Optimise accounting organisation and business processes
  • Structuring : Optimise impacts & financial flows to be set up for new acquisition or any other asset deal.

Financial Performance Analysis

  • Financial Analysis : Participate in the various analysis of actual variances versus all reporting cycles in order to track business performance and identify potential trends.
  • Budget : Support the FP&A team and Operations Departments with budget, forecast, business plan or strategic plan  workings
  • EPM project :  Gain knowledge on the financial and group reporting tools by contributing to the EPM project in order to develop insightful performance dashboards for the Group finance community.
  • Management support : Help the FP&A Team in preparing supporting materials for the Board members and Shareholders. Responsible to ensure the data accuracy and analytics, respecting the processes and deadlines.

Profil

👉 Profile :

 

You will have at least 5 years' significant initial experience in auditing/consultancy firm

You have developed an ability to understand business issues and complex financial flows so that you can translate them into finance processes.

You are looking for a new challenge within a dynamic and fast-growing international group.

 

Good interpersonal /presentation skills with :

  • Ability to manage their workload as to meet the realistic targets and priorities set in conjunction with management
  • Be able to provide recommendations and advice on any improvements needed
  • Effective communication with strong skills to adapt formulations to the audience
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
